Re: Dogs.

I have a GSD that has assisted in successfully repelling two attempted home invasions, yet is soft as a teddy bear with people he sees me accept into the home. Yeah, that's him with the hat in the avatar pic.

Re: Got the Dog a bug out bag

Already got one of these in Camo, I got a GSD so he can manage quite a bit of kit. I generally pack him his own basha, two 500ml bottles of water, two portable bowls, one for food one for water two tins of dog food and two freezer bags of dry dog food, with a small caribiner you can clip a small tor...

Re: Slingbow

I did have one, well still do sort of, made with a black widow catty with a whisker biscuit cable tied on, same setup Dave Canterbury used in one of his earlier youtube vids. Unfortunately I've lost the whisker biscuit insert, I can find no UK suppliers of them, seems they have to be shipped from Am...

Re: Recent Snow - what have you learnt?

Re: Car Kit - mine so far....

Re: Firearms for defensive purposes? - A good link

This thread has been a most interesting read, and a good discussion on, let's face it, an issue that is relevant to prepping. I think the UK gun laws are about right, I don't think it would be a good idea for the general public here to have as easy access to guns as in the United States, as much as ...

Re: Dog food?

My sympathies to you Unsure, 'tis a sad day indeed when the dog goes. I have a five year old GSD myself who I love more than anything, I know I'm going to be inconsolable when it's his time.
