thanks so much for that - I was feeling a bit demotivated after costing some essential preps for the home earlier today, but I'm back on track (and upright) again.

a quick note on tinned tomatoes - if you're overstocked and nearing / past bbe date, you can make tomato chutney with them and that way you'll get another 1-2 years out of the stock (as long as you sterilise and store properly) - or have something different for swaps.
