Rice and couscous. Tinned meals, veg and some fruit. And maybe some more toilet roll.

I've only been prepping a year or so, going slowly. Revising lists and trying to think of what I'd need just in case. Basically I think the job of prepping will be a job in progress. My wife is totally not interested, but I know that the moment something happens my silly prepping will not be so sill...

I hear you brother. My wife is exactly the same. Every time I try to talk to her about it her eyes just glaze over.
