The coupon is for 50p off each can of soup. The soup is usually 1.14 per can. Sainsburys currently have a separate deal on the soups namely 4 for 3 pounds. So if you buy 4 cans at the moment also using 4 coupons you get 4 cans for 1 pound, less than the usual cost for 1 can.
