Great , but what's your level of training ?
Got some controlled POM medicine there hope you've got a script for them .

And if it gets that bad in a shtf ,and there's no A&E great that you've saved them .......then what ?

And Hi :D

Sounds very comprehensive. Well collected. I also keep the SAS Emergency Medic Book with mine too, which is very good

Hi all cheers for the replies to answer some of the questions raised. I have done a CEER course followed by a MIRA (medicine in remote areas) course followed by advanced MIRA course and several add ons like Advanced Airways, Cardiac Support etc as for practical experience a few trips over to Africa and a couple of week long expeditions in various other places as medic. Dont get me wrong im no doctor or paramedic but I have an inkling as to what I am doing. And yes there are various sizes of Nitrile gloves in there forgot to put them in was a bit of a rush job writing it. I have a separate bug out bag as well my kit is all packed and designed for two person carry so me and my partner or me and someone else obviously in a situation when I was on my own its easy to transfer some kit across to provide for just one person.

What they both said - impressive kit but my first thought was "what's your level of training and experience?" Do tell us a bit more about yourself and your background.

Im a paramedic and even my shtf med kit isn't that comprehensive. I would ditch all the intubation equipment for one. If the shtf you won't be able to maintainers any kind of intensive care for a patient. It's going to be triage and survival of the finest. It's nice to have all of that kit but you don't need it.

Also the meds will have to be rotated through. I also didn't see any wound closure stuff ( sutures, glue, steri-strips). Maybe some local anesthetic to help with cleaning wounds and closure.
