The Mormons are possibly the best prepared group of people in the world and its well worth looking through their manual which is full of good tips. You can ignore the first few religious pages and just skip to the nitty gritty.

with multiple wives it pays to have an answer to everything, damn the upsides the chances of finishing up like Harry Mudd from Star Trek ensure if I were to find religion that wouldn't be it

I worked with some morons for several years a while ago and a few things were explained. The "multiple wives" thing makes sense or at least it did. Mormonism grew up when pioneers were moving westwards across what is now America and of course they were coming into contact with all sorts of new hazards from weather, animals and the natives. As a result there was a higher mortality rate for the men which naturally left widows and quite possibly children too. Rather than leave the woman to struggle and become destitute she would marry into another family so that there was a man around to look after her (sorry if that sounds sexist) . All makes sense to me.
However , they aren't allowed hot drinks which didn't make sense to me. Unknown lands , possible hazards from the water there and boiling it does seem sensible. So probably best to cherry pick it.

Opps , yes that should have read Mormons even if some of them weren't the brightest bulb on the tree. Gives the post a whole different meaning. I'm not sure how it came about but the Mormons we worked with were nicknamed mumins.

Yay - I LOLed at "morons" too! Just a point, but I thought it was stimulant drinks they weren't allowed: tea, coffee, coke, alcohol. Knew a Mormon girl a couple of decades ago. She was the only wife - back then anyway.

Correct , stimulants aren't allowed which also includes tobacco and the like. Tea and coffee for definite no no's either hot or cold as is hot chocolate but even hot milk is out too. To be honest the Mormons I knew didn't question why they just accepted it.
I also think that the multi wife aspect isn't practiced over this side of the pond.
