Yup or make a faraday cage, I think?! Hmmm so if I dig a hole big enough for the whole block of flats and shove it in... that will work!! I think it could well be ... it was just last month that the news broke that the 2012 solar storm that missed us by a week was at least as strong as the Carrington Event
