Oh you made me laugh
I swim a mile a day im roughly a size 10 I walk a lot and go gym and circuits and not particularly fond of food..dont drink unless its on holiday...and that's rare
Had my old peoples check up other day and blood tests
Lose weight as the bmi chart says I'm massive ...does it take into account muscle ? But the bmi is obv right..Cholesterol should be lower so stop eating everything..do more exercise and learn to live more healthily
I think I do what I can ...
Good job it came in a text
How about this.... When I was first diagnosed with High Blood pressure, I was sent to the cardiac centre to do a walking BP test on the treadmill.
My BP was so high I was admitted immediately for overnight obs. ( I suffer from the non PC white coat syndrome)
This occurred twice over a 3 month period.... no walking tests for me I could have a heart attack.
So I've been told to exercise more with no doctors or EMTs around but they could not run a test on a treadmill in a cardiac hospital?
Make it make sense
Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.

I've got a few power banks but that was the chunkiest, other than my apocalypse generator I'll replace it - Anker offer Paypal Pay in Three
That's the garden shed finally wired to the mains ... as we are renting its powered by a heavy duty plug in the kitchen .. the previous Tennant must have had power to the old shed as I ahem found a hole through the wall
Decent ho7rnf 1.5mm² outdoor rubber tuff flex which is used to wire site cabins etc on building sites submersible pumps and Is rated for sustained outdoor use
Wired to 2x double watetproof sockets screwed to the shed wall do basically a DIY 4 way plug strip most use 1mm2 cable I went nice and beefy so the tumble drier will be nice and safe and not overload the cable and if at any chance the inside of the shed gets damp it'll still be safe
Just needs clipping up at some point

Husband was another one who "found" a hole through the wall Andy. From kitchen to shed. He did the same setup but not heavy duty cable as he didn't run anything like a drier in the shed. He had a tv and fancy lighting instead

Did the maths for the cost it was £2 cheaper for the correct cable over the usual less robust extension cable/ appliance flex (ho5) which isn't uv stable
And I used waterproof outdoor sockets as they marry up well with the cable using a item called a compression gland to secure the cable. If the roof leaks for example or it gets very damp the sockets are safe
All wired then tested earth connection all good and nice high resistance readings between all the wires via the insulation testet (I've got a pat testing machine that work was putting in the skip and it fell into my car boot and a megga )
Just need to go raid my dads garage for some cable clips

Our setup is remarkably similar with armoured cable running through the garden section.
The plan is to add solar outlets too but at present that relies on charging up batteries which are then moved where needed.

Sounds solid. Skip the battery shuffle, though. Set up a permanent solar link to the outlets so you’re not lugging stuff around

If i was wiring it back to thr consumer unit I would have used swa (armoured) but this is just an extension mr landlord
Safe and legal and I've not tampered with the wiring and as silly as it is adding a new supply to a shed is now building regs notifiable work

A warm -5C here today so we completed our mid winter house maintenance. Firstly we dismantled and cleaned the petchka and the related pipework. Secondly we dismantled and cleaned the log burning shower and pipework. Thirdly the log burner in the bedroom was given the same treatment then finally we swept and checked both the chimneys. That should see us safely through to Spring.

Hi GillyBee what do you mean by solar outlets, are they for 12volt LED lighting, charging USB devices or charging 12v leisure batteries as cable size is very different.
