Never needed to use one before but. I shall try my best to help you.

1) what do you mean by 'good'

2) I think you can get all in one overalls like you see. Scene of crime and other such people wearing but I'm not sure. And you probbaly can get NBC boots somewhere or things to that extent.

3) full face mask/respirator. An example is an S10 I think they are called or you could just buy a full face dive mask and regulator and air cylinder like me (I'm a diver).

Hope this can shed some light on the subject.

Close to being in such zones I suppose we will not know. But you could buy some from somewhere like cadet direct they sell everything NBC style. And it's MOD quality so I'm sure that they would work.

Hope this can help.

1. It's ok. But it's a UK army one (I have one of these), which doesn't seal you in completely. I'd personally go for a Soviet or Eastern-Bloc rubber NBC suit (I have these also), which are a bit more sealed and probably protect you a little better from gases.

2. I believe you can get special rubber NBC covers that go over your boots (I have a pair of these with my Soviet suit).

3. Respirator. Do your research on these. I have a few. Get a good seal, do the suction test. Also do your research on filters - best to get a modern (not ex-MOD/eBay) one from an industrial supplier.

Oh, I collect this sort of thing, which you may have gathered. I also keep it all in working order, just in case...

Nothing wrong with British army NBC suit, if its good enough for military use its good enough for anyone. They have a shelf life of 8/10 years i think (its been a long time since i did nbc training) so check dates on any gear you buy.
