Morning from a wet Wessex

Post by Hermit »

Hi all, just thought I better say hello.

As the title suggests I live in the south of England and have been into the self reliance thing for a little while.

Despite all the gloom in the world I am having a very good month or two, I just moved into a new place with a much bigger garden, very big newly built Garage which I will get some racking for to finally get my preps in some sort of order, 2 greenhouses, and a multifuel burner. I'm a very happy chap at the moment

After a month or so i am finally getting the hang of the multifuel burner, who would have thought lighting a fire in one of those things was so complicated ?

The best part by far of the move was that it has enabled us to get rid of the mortgage at long last, probably the best "prep" I have ever made.

Anyway, enough of my rambling, i'm going for a look around

Greetings Hermit, pleased to hear that despite the soggy day you are in good spirits. Yes, the day here in Luton also contains two of my most unfavourite things; rain and mud.
