I found these in pound land today, i have to keep looking in there as things like this pop up now again.
They have a high power led at the torch end (with a lense in front) and a normal one to light the hollow handle like a glow stick, there are 4 functions, torch, torch and stick, stick and flashing stick!
As they are only powered by 3 watch batteries the hollow could be filled with an emergency kit?
The top has a seal, so it could be a fire starting kit, or even a backup brew kit or plasters, sewing kit....... I'm sure we could all come up with what you would fill it with.
I bought them for my boys, but now ive had a play i'll be going back for a couple for myself, oh and more watch batteries.
Led torch emergency kit, for £1?

They look interesting - something to add to the 'neighbours' kit I mentioned elsewhere. Thank you.
I'll have to pop into town for a mooch!

Certainly not a 'high power' led but could be useful

Re: Led torch emergency kit, for £1?
I know what you are saying, it is from the £shop after all, but they are definately 2 different types in it.
The torch one is wider and shorter and brighter than the internal one.

I do like multi purpose!
I've just been getting the hand crank led torches from Poundland, will get one of these too.
What size and how many batteries do they take?

check the picture of the torch in bits, you can see the 3 batteries, i think they are AG11's, it says on the back of the packaging, tipically they didnt have any in they when i bought the torches,
