Well as you said, FFX sent the Farmer out quick and it arrived yesterday. Very pleased - definitely a bargain.

The Farmer is actually fatter than I'd imagined, but because it has thinner scales I suppose it can afford to be. It's negligibly fatter than the Spartan. I can't think of anything that I'd use the saw for, I'd rather have had a nice beefy file or a secondary blade, but it's there anyway.

My current UK friendly EDC now consists of:

*SAK Farmer
*P3 LedLenser
*my phone (Sony Z5 compact) in a wallet case with a couple of cards and an 'emergency' fiver
*my micro wallet with some cards, ID and farmfoods/various vouchers in
*bunch of keys with a velcro belt hook thing, ferro rod, SAK MiniChamp, Energizer light and trolley token.
*Maxpedition Mini with various extended EDC items (not 'true' EDC because I often go on short journeys without).
I love motorcycles like a fat guy loves cake. I also love cake.

Just bought the same, looking forward to it arriving. I've got another CRKT and quality is great for the price.

Well isn't that just brilliant. That little thread bump just cost me £16.95.

Thanks for the heads up bud. ;)
