Anker power banks / warranty

Post by Yorkshire Andy »

Well for once I can say I'm happy with someone's customer service

Bought an Anker power bank at the start of the year and recently it died.... Wouldn't take / hold a charge ....

Sent a email to Anker customer service attached a pdf of my receipt a photo of the serial number and attached a 20 second video of the fault....

Emailed me back to try a BMS reset which didn't work replied to that

Next email wanting address within 4 days a New power bank appears in the post .....

Can't complain at all
If your roughing it, Your doing it wrong ;)

Lack of planning on your part doesn't make it an emergency on mine

Great news but, remember when this was the norm though?
Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.
