That looks pretty good . In hot climate countries it would work well. Sadly in the UK it won't .

Seems like a good idea that can be manipulated to suit our climate with use of solar aids such as parabolic mirrors, fresnel lense or good old fashioned fire

I agree! It might not produce what they produce in Zaire or wherever, but it would still work.
