Anything under ground I guess, parsnips, turnips, swede, onions.

Radishes, japanese onions, garlic, sprouting broccoli,Spring cabbage, they will all do ok in your climate Lil. Hope that helps.

Ta :mrgreen: - but I'm not sure that I want to survive TSHTF if the future involves KALE!
