there is an abandoned ROC bunker about 10 miles from me, ive been in it, pumped out the 2 inch of water in the bottom and thought about doing it up myself but it'd take some doing to make it so you could live in it. there used to be one every 7 miles or so around the country.

my preps so far this week include spending most of the day following the wife around crimbo shopping, then took the axe to some more wood and stacked that this evening, going upto base camp tomorrow to do some more work there while im not at work

i have a couple of 100 bags of tea lights aswell as some larger candles hidden away, also have 10 paraffin storm lanterns aswell as a couple of decent tilley lamps and a coleman multifuel lantern too. i filled up on paraffin recently as a local garage had it on special offer so have stocks in my BOL...

just been into Tesco and left with more than I went in for. got a wind up mw fm radio with an LED torch and built in AA charger facility for £7, its got a tuning wheel too and seems to be pretty good for the price, its also small enough to put in your pocket. also pack of 5 large hand warmers for £4...

I like rabbit curry, I usually gut and skin the rabbits ( 2 for this recipe ) and boil in a large pan with an onion and some carrots or whatever you want to add. take the rabbits out of the pan when cooked through and take the meat off the carcass and then put it into whatever style curry sauce you ...

I have a hip flask of scotch in my main BOB, I also have a quart bottle of whisky and vodka in each of my BOL boxes purley for medicinal purposes or possibly bartering if it lasted that long.
