I've learned (A) to check how much stuff I buy and that I have space for it, especially in the freezers, (B) Should check stored kit still works, I needed to use the mains powered cool box for excess fridge stuff, blasted thing would not work. My own fault entirely i should have replaced it years ago.

I'm hoping to god the days of me having to hump a full sized Gergen are long over :). I'm down to a Rush 12 for EDC and a Rush 24 for GHB duty. sadly I think I would really struggle to do 5 miles these days carrying much over 20 pounds. Lightweight kit. Spent an hour downloading the local county Highways and rights of way maps from the council website.
