Thanks everyone - not really much room in back garden for compost toilet but am going to check it out. Just found on Amazon that you can buy (quite cheaply) plastic buckets complete with toilet seat lids. Me again! I have decided I will set up 2 buckets with lids. One for No 1's and one for No 2's.! For No 2's I will line the bucket with plastic bags and use sawdust (courtesy of guinea pigs) to cover offending items then bury bag in garden when fullish up. But, what about No' 1's? Hi from sunny Devon!
I have decided to hunker down and bug in but my house is totally reliant on gas and electricity with no open fires. Have been thinking of getting a portable calor gas heater. for me this is quite a big expense so wondered what does anyone think?
