Re: Any Preppers in London?
Dear oh dear, at the risk of pouring fuel on the fire, I've always thought throwing yourself under a train is a very selfish way to go. Nincompoop, maybe, ARSEHOLE, definitely. I know we live in a world where its important to be the most sensitive and caring soul in the group but other opinions are...

Re: Any Preppers in London?
first one was when some inconsiderate nincompoop decided to end it all under a train in Hassocks while I was waiting at East Croyden. Don't want to get too heavey here but if were refering to "inconsiderate nincompoop" being so because it made you late then i'm sorry but your the inconsid...

Re: Household saving is down
I can highly recommend personal bankruptcy. In all seriousness, its harrowing but a massive relief. I have to agree i took out a DRO some years ago, it's still ongoing (18 months) but when it was in place and debt wiped off it was amazing feeling, people have to give it serious thought but it can b...

Re: Any Preppers in London?
It's intresting hearing others POV of London, it's a young persons place that is for sure, I'm 50 and feel out of place sometimes, but nowadays you have to have an attitude to live here, and most of the time i have to be VERY selfish to get around, see a gap then take it, as for queuing for anything...

Re: Any Preppers in London?
Given your location Lil it's an interesting question. I moved from Luton (I know i got out while we could) to London in late 70's and main issue then was the IRA what with chelsea barrack going up, harrods, the hyde park bombing so it's never been far from my mind to some degree, it's not something ...

Re: Advice on selling rings
On a serious note eBay would be my port of call, as a private buyer will always pay over the odds if they want something badly enough, just bear in mind when you sell to make sure you leave enough in your account for eBay fees etc.
