big relapses with my illness, covid and all the issues thats had, then lost my mum in april but getting everything back to even keel :P

BYSTANDER EMERGENCY AID TRAINING- FREE ON TUESDAY 11TH JULY FROM 10 AM AT THE WARRINGTON IRISH CLUB, ORFORD LANE, WARRINGTON. FROM 10 AM FINISHING AT 6 PM, DROP IN SESSIONS BUT LAST APPROX 2 HOURS ON ROLLING PROGRAM THROUGHOUT THE DAY :)

having just undertaken a course on antibiotics with upsaala university, I would not waste your money as within the next 3-4 years none of them will work. Their has not been a new antibiotic made since 1987 as pharma companies know the cost versus payback from sales is so small and the medical profes...

good items to have but I think prepping is about longevity and med kit does not lend its self to that too well. I have a few of the dear dressings, but am going towards cheeper alternatives so I get more for my money. my new favourite little things are the cohesive bandages that stick to themselves,...
