Looks a bit like snake oil to me. Bleach is sodium hypochlorite (it's usually diluted) with the formula NaOCl. It can be produced from salt water by a process called electrochlorination but I don't think a 5v USB supply (even at 2 Amps) is going to produce much at all. see https://www.eicstech.com/k...
