I have a small container with emergency keys well hidden in our garden. No it is NOT under the garden gnome or the doormat :lol: I learned that lesson when our keys were lifted while on honeymoon. I am a poor knitter and rarely do so but have been learning "Viking knitting" which is an ancient way of creating hats gloves etc with a single eyed needle. On the plus side it does not ladder if snagged. On the down side it does not unravel if you make a mistake.....

Some coir is far too alkaline which also throws off plant growth. I was most dissapointed a couple of years ago and am now wary of it.

Wrap in corrugated cardboard, tape up and into the non-recyclables bin. Small pieces go into a tub or box, taped up and in the bin. Make sure no sharp bits are sticking out that can damage a bin operative.
