Pretty basic but I only work about 3 miles away and don't tend to travel much more than 15 miles from home often.
Basically a number of painkillers, indigestion relief, migraleve, dioralyte. Hand sanitizer, lip balm, eye drops.
Emergency survival bag, £5 in change, enough to get me a drink and some food, or a bus home! Mini torch, thin gloves (highly rate these underarmour gloves) and a M&S Travel toothbrush set!

Re: Post your EDC!
Posting your EDC list seems to be acceptable so here goes, I’d really appreciate some feedback because this is my personal opinion and I’m always receptive to the views of others, however before you start to rip my efforts apart please bear in mind my unofficial preconceptions or ‘EDC rules’;
I am not Batman therefore I will not be wearing utility pouches on my belt
I am a bloody bloke therefore (other than a watch) I will not be wearing jewellery such as bracelets and necklaces (even if they are paracord or ranger rick stylee), tactical bling is not my thing
I am not an American therefore I will not be wearing a fanny pack or bum bag
I am not a school caretaker or prison officer therefore I will not carry a 2kilo key chain
While I appreciate that this limits my carriage options I’m a bit stuck in my ways so my EDC will be carried in my pockets, whilst my EDC(plus) will be in my daysack
Most trousers have at least four pockets so I consider it the norm to carry one thing in each pocket which allows me a quick pat down to make sure ive got my stuff with me
Image 1 1. Keys, apart from obviously some keys, the only items I have on my keys are a Maglite solitaire and a SAK (Spartan) (all non locking officer) attached via a karabiner for removal
2. Mobile phone, this is currently one area I seriously need to improve, whilst I have faithfully clung to my current phone for more years than I care to remember I do appreciate the functionality of a smartphone (phone, gps, camera and certain apps for example)
3. Another Knife to compliment my SAK, this Army clasp knife fits all the criteria for UK legal carry, the knife next to it is what I used to carry and what I would like to carry (I would never EDC it now as it is illegal…..) The lanyard on the clasp knife goes through a belt loop and as well as providing a means of securing the knife to me provides a handy length of cord (replacement shoelace or similar)
4. Wallet, usual stuff credit cards, cash, ID, licences, memberships etc. I also have what I call a flat kit, this comprises an old survival tool, a beer bottle opener, Fresnel lens, old credit card wrapped in about 1m of duct tape, In a small poly bag that fits in a credit card slot I carry, 2x Safety pins, needle and thread, 2x scalpel blades, book of matches and tiny flint rod, 6 puritabs, half a dozen plasters, 4 aspirin and 1 antiseptic wipe.
(I may, if I am planning on walking abig city at night, carry my decoy/drop wallet (a small amount of cash and some expired credit cards) to hand over if mugged – but although I think it’s a good idea I usually forget all about it)
I always wear a watch, my criteria are that it must be robust to withstand a knock or two, waterproof to minimum of 200m and visible in the dark, I currently fluctuate between my Nite MX-50 in steel and an original CASIO G-Shock Illuminator, depending on how flashy I want to look
My default jacket is an Olive green US Army M65 (with liner in winter), I also have a black version for urban/smart wear
Image 2 In the top pockets my micro FAK, space blanket and quick clot Celox Gauze dressing
Notebook and pencil
‘survival’ pack whistle/compass,firesteel, lighter and string
There is normally some chewing gum to stay minty fresh and a pack of handy andy type tissues
In the lower pockets I carry my surefire torch (has strobe and crenelated edge for defensive purposes if required)
Leather Wrangler’s gloves
Sunglasses during the summer months (in case)
A hat - watch cap for winter, baseball cap for summer
Shemagh
My daysack is usually carried with me to and from work. But it probably starts to crossover from EDC to GHB.
In the main section of my daysack are my packed lunch (with small bottle of water) a Laptop and A4 office wallet for work stuff
Image 3 Attached to the outside (concealed but with quick reach) is a benchmade strap cutter (not sure how legal this is, but even I would not know how to use this offensively). Inside various sub-compartments or side pouches I keep the following items:
Metal water bottle (full)
Thermal coffee mug (hopefully full of delicious coffee)
Penknife
Leatherman Tool (probably illegal but as it is secured in a sheath in the depths of my daysack I will take my chances)
Back-up PAYG cell phone on a different network to primary phone
Pocket radio
Headtorch
Some AAA batteries
Spare watch (mechanical)
Surefire 9p tactical torch
Poncho (lightweight olive / camo reversible)
Lightweight Gore-Tex rain jacket (unfortunately the best one I have that fits in the pouch is in MultiCam)
FAK
Face mask and latex gloves
Soap
Toothbrush and paste
Red Cyclists LED and hi vis belt
Monocular
Duct Tape
Cordage
Cable ties
Fencing wire
Cyalumes
A few plastic carrier bags for waste, dirty clothes etc
Leather and Nomex pilot gloves (fireproof, great if you have to handle anything hot (or escape from a burning jet fighter plane)
Wiley x Tactical sunglasses/goggles
There is also (not in the picture) a small bottle of hand sanitiser and attached to the outside of the bag is a compact umbrella but I forgot to take it off for the pic…
The only other things I am currently chasing are a lightweight smoke hood for escaping fires and a tactical ‘pen’ as made by surefire or Uzi; but decent ones aren’t cheap (and I am)
I feel like something is missing but so far I have not found myself in a “wish I had brought my….” Situation, but hopefully someone will point out any glaring omissions (if not I had fun getting my stuff out anyway)
And hopefully the pictures have uploaded ok!!
Cheers
If in doubt…..

Re: Post your EDC!
Think I may have gone a tad too over the top with my EDC looking at these others!
To start with, I use a 2oz Tobacco Tin, when not in use it is sealed around the edges with electrical tape and ranger bands for extra waterproofing
Contents include:
Sticky Notes in the lid, stuck down with a bit of blue tac
Birthday Candle
Tin Foil
Sandwich bag (Using to gather water if need be)
Normal drinking straw (for the above)
Water Purification Tablets (enough for 4L of water)
Small piece of bandage
Signal Mirror
Small piece of Electrical Tape
Small piece of Duct Tape
Sugar Sachet
Salt & Pepper Sachet
Coffee Sachet
Small Sewing Kit
Small Bic Lighter
Flint & Striker
Rennie Tablets
Allergy/Hayfever Relief (Damn you mother nature)
Paracetamol Tablets
2 Small Straws in which are filled with cotton balls with Petroleum Jelly on
Small Pencil
On my key set I carry:
Small LED Torch
Bottle Opener
Can Opener
Paracord Keyring
Whistle
Large Silver Capsule filled with matches with striker, button compass and a spare SIM card with £10 on
My Wallet includes:
All emergency numbers
Condom
3 Antiseptic Wipes
Plasters
Spare change
As well as all of this I carry a space pen, small notebook and a Gerber Mini Para-frame knife (not sure if UK legal though)
My actual phone is an iPhone 5 which I have all the apps I believe I may need, built into the phone comes with a nice bright torch as well as a compass and maps. The Spare SIM card is for a much cheaper phone which I carry around with me sometimes. Also it can fit into my girlfriends phone if need be.
BOBBLE Water bottle mainly for taking to work and depending on how long I think I’m going to be out for. E.g. if it’s just going to the shops then I’ll leave it at home.
And breath ...

It locks. So no its not without 'Good Reason'.As well as all of this I carry a space pen, small notebook and a Gerber Mini Para-frame knife (not sure if UK legal though)
I'd advise you to have a rethink, you really don't want to become a statistic (or get a record).

Yeah, I don't carry it around every day but I'm now just going to swap for my swiss army so all should be fine, cheers though

Re: Post your EDC!
My EDC in a small camo daypack kept in my car, or openly if out for a localish walk. If on more of a hike there are obviously a few more things added to a larger pack.
Space blanket
A length of para cord
Legal pocket knife (Nieto 0102) with small sharpening stone
Fire kit - steel, lighter and some weatherproof matches, cotton wool balls
Whistle, compass combo, which has a small integral container for the above matches and has a small mirror in the lid too.
Minilite torch and spare batt, also a wind up torch
Wire saw
Pencil and pen, notepad
Ziplock bag for keeping things dry or water carry
Puritabs
Some foil, for emergency cooking, etc, sometimes I take a small pan and universal handle.
Stainless steel water bottle
Duct tape
Reading glasses
Mini First Aid kit ( plasters, etc)
Small anti bac hand gel
A selection of energy bars
Maps, as needed.
Even if out in local countryside I would usually wear infra red reflective camo and wear a scrim or bandana etc.
My main Bug out kit is a lot more, maybe I will submit this when I get time to type it all up.
