Ultimately bug out vehicle for me would be a push bike with panniers this area gets gridlocked very easily this gives options to use ten foots footpaths pedestrian bridges et all

There seems to be a rush for these trailers at the moment I have a mate nagging me to make a frame to tow behind his landrover so he can make his own off-road trailer like this one:http://www.pinterest.com/pin/140737557078156227/

he was bidding on a couple on Ebay but ended up too expensive.

They do look great but realistically I think they would be better suited to a terrain such as Australia where you could travel hundreds of miles without meeting another soul. As a camping toy..... well, that's another matter!

So right, so right I would love to have a great big 20 year old defender with all the toys, but I'll just have to make do the old estate we have now! The main thing is making sure you have everything you need to grab within grabbable distance ie not in the attic!
