Hello I am a new member I have no idea where to start on stocking up and learning how to survive. I have 3 children and a husband and my mum. im from the uk I keep trying to speak to my husband about starting a kit and having a plan and he says no so I would like help from here if possible thank you

Hello and welcome. First of all, many here find that their partner is unwilling to prep. Don't worry, you will get there. Stocking up, start by buying an extra tin of this, packet of that. Soon mounts up. As for 'kits', read up, digest the information and go from there. It is easy to rush in a spend a lot of cash you don't need to. Ask me how I know? :lol:

Hello and welcome :) my OH isn't keen either and doesnt halp out but he is now impressed with the food stash and various other bits I have squirreled away!! Some things he has no idea about though or they would end up in his car and not indoors where needed... I.e lanterns, torches and batteries! :roll:

Don't let it stop you though as time goes on he will just accept this is something you do. I never mention the P word though as he thinks "they" are a bunch of looney tunes :lol: :lol: :lol: :shock:
