latest batch of knives 15/11/14

bevel grinding today, bit of a late start as my partners day off and wanted a lie in... three more to go yet. all in o1. large camp knife is 6mm stock smaller bush knives using 4mm with one larger one using 5mm and another raven profile in 6mm

The camp knife is a beast, you may be able to answer something, why do people fit the liners between the scales and the tang?

aesthetics really... some fit leather/rubber between the scales and rivet them with no glue as shock absorption but usually its just for looks

sorry only just found this while looking for some thing else .

MJ , do you do custom regrinds . the mrs bought m a knife and other than chopping wood its next to useless . the bevel is all wrong on it .

Just the question I wanted to ask, I have a big old brute of a knife that needs re-profiling. Would you take it on MJ?
