which gas canisters can I use with this? I know I can use the Coleman c100, c250 and I assume the c500 but what other canisters?

You should be able to use any of the standard screw top/self sealing gas canisters, but only the small 100g canisters will fit inside the cooking pot.

I've used Primus, Coleman and Jet Boil canisters on mine.
