Ex RAMC combat medical , battles, barts trained along with 3 day h&s at work first aid .

I do not envy you being on crutches, until I had me knee reconstruction surgery last year, I was on crutches on and off for 3 years prior and I hated it.
I don't need them any more(*touches wood).
