Boker Plus Tactical Pen Review

Post by metatron »

I've had the Boker Plus Tactical Pen in my EDC for a little over a year now, I mostly bought it as I was looking for a window punch for every day carry, and it jumped out at me as being a nice way to carry one in a discreet manner.

As a pen their super nice, the economics of the whole thing feels great, its quite a heavy pen, as is also designed to double up as a Kubotan, but it's not too heavy and feels just right. It takes standard Parker refills or you can use the Fisher Space ones, which is largely why it writes so well. I've not had reason to test the window punch yet, but it's got a tungsten carbide tip which I have no doubt will do the job. The cap itself which houses the window punch screws firmly onto the main body of the pen, insuring it doesn't get lost. They retail just shy of £20 and if you are looking for a good pen/window punch, I'd recommend one.

Recent thread on here about offensive weapons, specifically Kubotans, would be wary of carrying it myself, I EDC this (and others) you cant see from the pic but has a screwdriver on the end that doubles as a window breaker......... (and is legal)
