Hello,
just joined, looking forward to sharing and learning from the other site users. Been prepping for a few years, but moving internationally has made things tricky. Have a home in Scandinavia which is a work in progress, but is a great starting place. Have a good day, UF.

Welcome. What parts of prepping interest you most? Or should I ask, what do you prep for?
In three words I can sum up everything I have learned about life: It goes on.

I guess that's a little harder to answer than it should be. I imagine that I'm not alone in not wanting to tell the world that I am a "prepper". Why? I don't want to have to explain myself every time someone doesn't get it. I have seen many things that make me believe that no government will step up in times of crisis. I aim to be capable of being self sufficient for as long as possible, I don't want to be totally cut off from society, nor do I fear a zombie apocalypse. In the past , I'm not even sure that my choices would have been seen as anything other than prudent, storing food, not going to the shop everyday, learning the local environment, taking care of things rather than going to Argos to replace them. Just the way my great grandparents would have lived.jansman wrote:Welcome. What parts of prepping interest you most? Or should I ask, what do you prep for?
