100g plain flour
2tsp baking powder
1/2 egg
12g sugar
20g marg/ butter
20g currents
milk to mix to dough

mix flour baking powder sugar then rub in butter add currents egg then milk till you have a stiff dough

roll out cut with a cutter / glass

gas 6 10-15 mins


rock buns
4oz plain flour
1tsp baking powder
2oz fruit (sultanas / currents)
2oz butter
1egg
2oz sugar

mix flour and baking powder and sugar

rub in butter

mix in beaten egg

drop onto greased baking sheet

cook gas mk 5 or 375 Fahrenheit for 20 ish mins
