It is truely amazing to see how people waste their money! Like everyone else who has posted, earning a wage is hard work - and then only a meagre amount. To utilise it to its best AND have the forethought to commit to prepping for the future is pure financial hardship. To see a family generate a huge income and then waste it on immaterial items is horrible to see. I suppose it just shows how many people only find happiness in their lives by spending money!!

BP, agreed, IF I ever earnt that amount of cash, my prepping stores would be huge - I'd just need to have the time off to A sort it all out and B be able to become proficient in it all!

Because of their jobs they'd porbably have like 4-6 weeks off a year... And just think, you could have an entire sub-level floor dedicated to prepping and storing :O

Otoh, it's their own money, worked for or inherited. If they plan to blow it on silly things, it's their right to do so.
Keeps the economy in flow and likely to Put Darwin's law into action if something big happens. :)
