Hello and welcome to the Forum. :)

Relax, breathe and read the forum. Nothing's going to happen immediately. :tinfoil

Welcome to the forum Mark, I hope you find plenty of food for thought. What kind of stuff are you prepping for ?

I have been practising what I have read on here "prep what you eat, eat what you prep". It takes a bit of extra outlay to build up a head of extra tinned and dried foods but before long you will be getting it in the neck about cupboard space and extra shelves ! Then its a case of eat what going out of date and replace it as you go.
