I've been prepping in an ad-hoc disorganised way for some time, mainly keeping a good stock of food and water.
Having read through a lot of this forum I realised there were major holes in my preperations, I have camping stoves but no gas, a tilly lamp but no parrafin and a bottle gas heater but both bottles are empty, so in the last few days I have been sorting this out about the last thing I now need to do is get refills for the heater and I'm set for short to medium term bugging in.
Once I've got that sorted I intend to test my preparations by 'switching off' for a couple of days to see how I get on, this will also allow me to get a realistic idea on how long everything is going to last.

Welcome to the forum Pete, glad you've found some useful stuff, this place has 'formalised' my haphazard approach to prepping, I think you find what works for you.

Hello and welcome to the Forum.
