If you're on FB, look for the group Dehydrating Dudes & Divas; there is an awesome knowledge base there, it's where I've learned a lot about what you can do with a dehydrator. THere's folk there even dehydrate spag bol. As long as it's not high in fats, you're good to go is a decent rule of thumb. I even make my own stock powder. Powdered garlic & onion. All sorts of things. I eat very little in the way of veg, and no fruit at all, so don't need it for that.
