Can you mix nettle with dandelion in tea?

So! Just brewed up a 250ml tea with two nettle plants of 12 leaves and six dandelion heads. Question being can you mix dandelion heads with nettle leaves in tea boiling both together? Pros? Cons? Puns and quips and light hearted sarcasm also considered!
