I've always trained with weights up until recently a good session with cardio and those endorphins are buzzing.
Now I walk /cycle and a few body weight exercises and again buzzing in fact I've just got back from a 1hr 10 min walk with a few exercises, in the morning sun with the sounds and sights of nature .
Good for your mental and physical health.
