It's A HOCUS POCUS*, OF COURSE. I'm not recommending it, but if you have a few minutes to waste, you might come away Laughing out loud.
Or if you're an idiot, you'll send $49 for the construction diagram.
Here's the hocus pocus video. Sorry, but you can't fast forward it.

There's a text version where you can see the prototype Perpetual Motion Generator in action.

the BS site wrote:...This energy is used to recharge the system when it’s not being used at its full potential.
So, basically, it charges itself while providing power for whatever you need
...
We only used 3 wooden wheels, a hard cylinder, some belts and 2 cogwheels.
Combined, these materials cost us $106 at Home Depot...
...
You simply had to place the components in the correct position…
.
If you want the synopsis of the presentation from this idiot that did watch it.....
Prepper wanted Energy independence.
Solar too expensive. (Lived in a cloudy state)
Home fit Solar too complex.
Petrol Generator too expensive to run.
So, he dug out His dead Uncle's invention design.
Used 3 wooden wheels, some cogs from the hardware store and some old electric motors and some pulleys.
Used 'The Spinning Principle' and the 'multiplication process' to amplify generated energy.
The generator was started with a small battery powered motor. But once running, the generator provided enough energy to power the motor AND power his entire home.
A simple DIY Project.
LOL. Total lobblocks. That would be a perpetual motion machine.
And for just $49 he'll sell you the DIY Design plans.
* I call it Hocus Pocus, because 'S**M' might get the site sued.
