How much food do you store

Ou can ,of course,do what we used to when I was only an apprentice Butcher(so many years ago).We used to cook salt-beef. To do that we would make up a brine in a food grade bucket. Put enough salt into water so you could float a small spud,drop the beef in as it comes along(keeping the newest to the bottom)and keep the whole lot in a nice cool place. It'll last easily 3months.
