On a similar subject, has anyone done the same for Squirrels ? I remember one of the tv chefs saying on the radio that he had BBQ'd a couple and fed them to his unsuspecting guests who quite liked the taste.
I'm just thinking of the most plentifull wildlife around here. Millions of Rabbits and Squirrels.

We bought one squirrel ready dressed and ready to be cooked from a farmers market, SWMBO fried it off first, really strong smell when doing this, then casseroled it, it's OK, but you need at least a couple per person to make a decent meal of it.
No pictures taken though.
Except one of daughter tucking in, she was only about 7 or 8 at the time.
