Fletching Jig info please

Most spines I see sold are 11/16th and 15/32nd in size. Can anyone recommend a fletching jig that will take an irregular size spine ? (like 15mm).

A piece of leather or stiff card to start and cut your own to fit. :)

This guy not only shows how to use a slingshot for archery, but also how to use it for fishing

AND that some DIY arrows can be made using doweling and with duct tape for fletchings.
