Hey, my name is Jay, i live in West Sussex on the South Coast

My background im an keen outdoorsman and ex police officer - i trained with the army but was medically discharge before i saw any proper form of service ... my interests cover urban and wilderness survival and have been doing survival training for a number of years ...

Anyways ... thats me ...
