Orange blossom honey is quite magical. Likewise lemon blossom and lime blossom. I used to run a small business, importing and selling foods from Italy and France from small, independent producers. I truly miss that honey. And the smoked garlic - oh mama, that was goooooooooood!

Link here outlining some of the issues with it http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/artic ... elves.html

Other links show some of the chinese honey is shipped to another country and labeled as coming from the other country, other links show they sometimes dont bother with the shipping and just label it as being made in another country

It does say at the bottom of the article
It said consumers could use Chinese honey already in their cupboards because the risk was considered 'extremely small'.

Interesting article. It says that China only exports 11 tonnes of honey to the UK each year. That is a tiny amount.

If my maths is correct, and it probably isn't, that works out at:

0.0001833 Kilos per person or 0.1833 grams or 0.006465717 ounces
Granted, not everyone in the UK eats honey but even so.......

If I am correct then I aint too worried about it. I was starting to worry for a minute.

Be lucky (and pedantic)
