According to a recent police report, its now technically legal for Armed Police to be deployed against riot based arsonists.

Excellent, that'll slow them down a bit, next time someone looks like they are about to be throwing a petrol bomb into a window they can get a 5.56 round centre of mass if deemed necessary to stop them.
