For those who have not come across these before they are boxes of rations for ten men on one day, unlike the 24hr individual packs these are for fixed base feeding rather than in the field.
A few links showing what they are and what is in them and how they prepare the food.

They are quite expensive but then again if you can feed ten people all day for £86.20 with the same Kcals as these have then go for it.
I was lucky enough to get 6 of these for £60 a few years back, and we are still using some of the stuff.
24hr 10 man ORPs
Re: 24hr 10 man ORPs
If you can afford them then go for it but at 8 quid a day I could eat like a king.
I have some 24 hour rations and they are over priced in my opinion. They are good for the storage life but they are not recommended for long term use and they pack a lot of calories. Too many of it is after TSHTF and you are just hunkered down somewhere. But great if you plan on running the odd marathon after the end of the world.
be lucky (and satiated)
