4 tins of Princes tuna is £2.50 in Home Bargains.
4 tins of Branston beans are £1 in ASDA every couple of weeks. However, I have been watching the price and it has moved from £2 to £1.50 to £1.28 and back up again but it has not gone below £1.28 for months. I am thinking that the days of 25p a tin are gone forever. Gutted.

For that reason I am taking seriously the idea of either making myself a massive array of sprouters or buying a handful of sprouters. Lentil and mung bean sprouts are fantastic and will probably stay cheap for a long time. Its just doing them that is a drag, so maybe a better sprouting system will sort out the problem.

I don't buy that much tined food, but when I do I go to Costco and get a about 50 cans at a time, even then the price of everything has gone up as the pound has gone down, fuel and everything else has gone up so they pass on the cost.
