Just taken delivery of my first order from Rosspa.
I can't comment on the marg' because I didn't buy any but I can report that;
The fresh veg’ is really fresh and good quality. I bought 3 peppers and they are huge, the onions were a little small but at 6 for 24p I can't complain.
The bread is also good quality and the thick cut farmhouse tin loaf made a fantastic sausage sandwich.
Sausages were the Lincolnshire pork, 3lb for £3, there are cheaper at Asda or Tescos but these are really good, I grilled mine and they had a really firm texture. Not tasted the bacon yet.
I was half expecting the tinned goods to be reject dented ones, but they aren't. Best before date Range from 7/12 for the canned cheese to 8/13 for the tuna, I think we know that they'll last longer tho'. The canned cheese is a lot firmer than most processed cheeses I've had and has more flavour than most, something akin to a medium mature Cheddar, it probably wont find itself onto a deli counter but at £1.00 for 5 cans (over a kilo) it’s good value.
Tooth paste (Colgate)and soap (Imperial Leather) were in dual language packaging, I’ve not used the soap yet but the toothpaste tastes just like regular Colgate.
The whole order was packaged very well and arrived on time. All in all a positive experience, I will be using them again.
