I wish Mitch, still a 'pup' in that regard - R&T gets my vote for being the expert on almost anything to do with food, - check out some of her vids. Its just that I am a BIG milk drinker - and have tried almost all types of dried milk trying to get something approaching the real deal (never going to happen) - you can still taste it in tea for example - but it is drinkable on its own - the only one I would try like that. With most others it also needs a drop or two of vanilla essence - but this stuff doesn't.
