have to judge it depends on thickness etc about 20 mins best way to tell is to tap it and it should sound hollow!!

That looks like my Ronnie Sunshines big one, did you have coals on the lid too or is the heat from below sufficient for bread?
I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.

Coals on to top and bottom. you can see I am using a small pan to act as a trivet to keep the breadpan off the direct heat.
