I'd go for that if I won the lottery, no matter how rich I get I won't resist a bargain
I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.
Re: Free Lifesaver Jerrycan (worth£199.95)
The trouble (?) with those Lifesaver water systems is they do have a limited life, I'm sure we all know that lol but what I mean is they have a limited shelf life, if not used. I thought about one of the personal ones as I thought it would be a good idea for a cache or similar so I contacted someone I knew who also sold them. Can't remember exactly why, something to do with chemicals inside them, I think, but the shelf life, unused was about 2 years I think. The same goes for the jerry cans. A shame really, as one of those jerry cans, due to the number of litres it can process, would probably have most people's water preps covered.

Taking from a e mail sent to me by Lifesaver.
LeoThe pore membranes within the filter are incased in glycerin which is used as a hydration medium for the system. Over time the glycerin will evaporate and the membranes will begin to break down. The advertised life of an unused cartridge (either separately sealed or within a jerrycan) is 2 years, however, in all actuality the filter can maintain its integrity for up to 5 years. As long as the filter passes its integrity check as is stipulated in the manual it is good. Once used, if maintained properly the filter can last up to another 5 years as the glycerin is replaced by water when priming. The advertised life span is the absolute minimum specification which is necessary for legal reasons.
